An ordained minister, inspirational teacher, and author of many books and articles, Keith has served as professional educator, congregational and ministry leader. Keith authored Healthy Leaders and other books that support a life of Christ-centered leadership. His personal mission is to help others identify their unique identity in Christ and empower them to fulfill their role in God’s Kingdom. He enjoys sharing God’s wisdom through mentoring, teaching, writing, and counseling leaders throughout the United States and worldwide in areas such as Africa, China, India, and Myanmar.
Keith ministers as an advisor to several networks of congregations and ministries, as well as leader of Regional Church of Lancaster County, a community of leaders cooperating to see the growth of God’s Kingdom in Lancaster County, PA. He and Marian have celebrated over 40 years of marriage.
Jay has a passion for developing strong, Christ-centered leaders. He has served as Lead Pastor, Pastor of Teaching, Pastor of Regional Leadership and Youth Pastor of local congregations. He leads the Lebanon222 Team, a regional oversight team for the Lebanon County region in Pennsylvania. He devotes significant time on behalf of church leaders in southeastern Pennsylvania, and serves southeast Asia in a number of leader development contexts. Jay works in close partnership with Netzer, a network of local churches, working specifically with leaders and organizations in leadership development and change processes. His heart is to see the Body of Christ in all its spheres becoming more healthy and unified, working together for the sake of the Gospel. He lives in Lebanon, PA, with Sheri, his wife of 20 years, and children: Trey, Christy, and Ben. A lover of books, sports and music, Jay is a soccer dad who enjoys adventures and travel with his family.Associate Director

Don has a passion to see leaders in congregations, non-profit organizations, and the marketplace fulfill God’s Kingdom calling and vision for their lives. An ordained minister, speaker and Bible School teacher, his services as overseer, mentor, and pastoral counselor have taken him throughout the United States and to India, Chia, Romania, and Fiji. He and his wife of over 30 years, Cindy, live in Leola, PA, have two grown children, and two adopted children, one with autism. Cindy supports Don’s ministry in a variety of ways and serves as worship leader and Bible study teacher.Associate Minister (Currently on medical leave)
Patty has a heart to see leaders mature to their fullest potential through discerning the wisdom of Christ and aligning with His attitude and purpose. She is an ordained minister who’s served as a Bible School teacher locally and oversees. In various leadership positions with church and non-profit organizations, she’s served as, teacher, pastoral counselor, manager, board member, writer and over 30 years as a worship leader. Patty graduated Wilmington University, BS EDU, and has completed graduate work in theology. God especially blessed Patty and her husband Wil when they adopted Tommy at eight years old, and home-schooled him until he graduated a Special Olympics champion! They live in Lititz, Pennsylvania.Associate Minister
Elaine has not only served as an administrator in a variety of settings, she also has experience as a counselor, teach, small group and Bible study leader, prayer ministry team member, hostess for a local Bed & Breakfast, and manager for the costume department at Sight & Sound Theater. She also currently volunteers with KPETS, a local ministry that uses animals for therapy in schools, prisons and health facilities. Elaine brings a mature spectrum of warmth, expertise, organization and foresight to TTWM. She and Clair, her husband of over 36 years, live in Lititz, Pennsylvania.
Partnering Ministry, Leadership Coach
Ann serves as a certified life and leadership coach and draws on God’s wisdom as she consults and mentors in the church, business, or nonprofit setting. With 35 years of ministry experience, Ann brings clarity, organization and forward movement in difficult situations. She’s energized as she partners with God to see Him move people toward their fullest potential. Ann received her coaching certification with “Coaching 4 Clergy” and holds a Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy and Psychology from Towson University. She and her husband, Steve, currently serve as the leading pastoral couple at Strasburg Mennonite Church. They have led in pastoral and organizational leadership in various settings including inner-city Philadelphia and Spanish-speaking people of Cusco, Peru. They reside in Willow Street, Pennsylvania and have two young adult daughters.
Sheri began working with TTWM in June, 2012. She counsels people in the congregation at Cornerstone Christian Fellowship in Lebanon, PA, where she also serves as staff leader. She desires to grow more in TTWM’s balance and grasp of the Truth of Christ, and to incorporate that into counseling and church leadership. She and Jay have three children, Trey, Christy, and Ben.
Denny joined TTWM as an intern in May of 2013. He serves the local church as a discipleship minister. He identifies with TTWM’s heart and approach toward leadership development. During the internship, Denny desires to grow in strategically equipping leaders through experiential, relationship-style training, as well as to develop in prophetic ministry. He lives in Honey Brook, PA with his wife Marcia.
