An ordained minister, inspirational teacher, and author of many books and articles, Keith has served as professional educator, congregational and ministry leader. Keith authored Healthy Leaders and other books that support a life of Christ-centered leadership. His personal mission is to help others identify their unique identity in Christ and empower them to fulfill their role in God’s Kingdom. Keith enjoys sharing God’s wisdom through mentoring, teaching, writing, and counseling leaders throughout the United States and worldwide in areas such as Africa, China, India, and Myanmar.
Keith ministers as an advisor to several networks of congregations and ministries, as well as leader of Regional Church of Lancaster County, a community of leaders cooperating to see the growth of God’s Kingdom in Lancaster County, PA. He and Marian have celebrated over 40 years of marriage.

Jay has a passion for developing strong, Christ-centered leaders. He has served as Lead Pastor, Pastor of Teaching, Pastor of Regional Leadership and Youth Pastor of local congregations. He leads the Lebanon222 Team, a regional oversight team for the Lebanon County region in Pennsylvania. He devotes significant time on behalf of church leaders in southeastern Pennsylvania, and serves southeast Asia in a number of leader development contexts. Jay works in close partnership with Netzer, a network of local churches, working specifically with leaders and organizations in leadership development and change processes. His heart is to see the Body of Christ in all its spheres becoming more healthy and unified, working together for the sake of the Gospel. He lives in Lebanon, PA, with Sheri, his wife of 20 years, and children: Trey, Christy, and Ben. A lover of books, sports and music, Jay is a soccer dad who enjoys adventures and travel with his family.
Patty has a heart to see leaders mature to their fullest potential through discerning the wisdom of Christ and aligning with His attitude and purpose. She is an ordained minister who’s served as a Bible School teacher locally and oversees. In various leadership positions with church and non-profit organizations, she’s served as, teacher, pastoral counselor, manager, board member, writer and over 30 years as a worship leader. Patty graduated Wilmington University, BS EDU, and has completed graduate work in theology. God especially blessed Patty and her husband Wil when they adopted Tommy at eight years old, and home-schooled him until he graduated a Special Olympics champion! They live in Lititz, Pennsylvania.
Elaine has not only served as an administrator in a variety of settings, she also has experience as a counselor, teacher, small group and Bible study leader, prayer ministry team member, manager for the costume department at Sight & Sound Theatre, and hospital chaplain. Elaine has trained dogs and has volunteered with KPETS, a local ministry that uses animals for therapy in schools, prisons and health or retirement facilities. On weekends, she assists a local Bed and Breakfast by preparing and serving their full course hot breakfast. Elaine brings a mature spectrum of warmth, expertise, organization and foresight to TTWM. She and Clair, her husband of over 36 years, live in Leola, Pennsylvania, and enjoy two adult children, their spouses and two grandchildren.
.Kathy serves as Financial Manager at TTWM as well as at Kingdom Brokerage Inc. and Kingdom Transportation Company, a businesses owed by her and her husband, Gary. She also does administrative work for Regional Church of Lancaster County and Transition to Community, and had previously served on staff at The Worship Center as the Support/Singles Pastor for 8 years. She has a heart to see people walk in the fullness of who God created them to be and enjoys counselling and teaching others. In her spare time you’ll find Kathy playing tennis or riding motorcycling with Gary. Kathy and Gary live in Lititz and have two boys who have blessed them with two wonderful daughters-in-law and two granddaughters.
Partnering Ministry, Leadership Coach
Ann serves as a certified life and leadership coach and draws on God’s wisdom as she coaches, consults and mentors in the church, business, or nonprofit setting. With 35 years of ministry experience, Ann brings clarity, organization and forward movement in difficult situations. She’s energized as she partners with God to see Him move people toward their fullest potential. Ann received her coaching certification with “Coaching 4 Clergy” and holds a Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy and Psychology from Towson University. She and her husband, Steve, who is currently a bishop within the Lancaster Mennonite Conference. They have led in pastoral and organizational leadership in various settings including Strasburg Mennonite Church, inner-city Philadelphia and leadership training among the Spanish-speaking people of Cusco, Peru. They reside in Willow Street, Pennsylvania and have two young adult daughters.
Administer, Prayer Coordinator
Keith currently serves as a minister of TTWM with a call to work with business influencers who desire to see spiritual transformation in the marketplace. He focuses on developing marketplace leaders and the foundations for the local Business Community Network (BCN). He holds a graduate degree with a Certificate of Ministry from Eastern Mennonite Seminary. Keith also serves as bishop for Landisville Manor District of Lancaster Mennonite Conference. He has much experience in parachurch or local church ministry. In the past he’s served as administrator/senior leader at Eastern Mennonite Missions for 20 years, and lead pastor at Mountville Mennonite for 9 years. Keith and his wife Brenda have served the Lord together in over 30 years of marriage, and they reside in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Associate Minister (currently on Medical leave)
Don has a passion to see leaders in congregations, non-profit organizations, and the marketplace fulfill God’s Kingdom calling and vision for their lives. Before coming to TTWM, Don served as regional leader for Crisis Pregnancy Centers. His services as an overseer, mentor, pastoral counselor, teacher and speaker have taken him throughout the United States and overseas. He and his wife, Cindy, live in Leola, PA.
